Article 1. Privacy Policy

  2. The Administrator selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures with due diligence to ensure the protection of processed personal data. Only persons duly authorized by the Administrator have full access to the databases.
  3. The Administrator protects personal data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law.
  4. Visitors to carswiss.eu can browse the content placed on the Service without providing personal data.

Article 2. Basis for processing personal data

  1. Personal data are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) for the purpose of:
    1. conclusion and performance of the agreement concluded on the terms specified in the Service regulations (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR);
    2. providing answers to Internet users’ questions related to the Service and its functioning (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR);
    3. use of the newsletter service, including sending commercial information, based on the expressed consent (art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR);
    4. fulfillment of the legally binding obligations of the Data Controller, based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter c GDPR (e.g. accounting and tax obligations);
    5. pursuing or securing claims (based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR).
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing data may be, depending on the case, the inability to use the services provided by carswiss.eu, the inability to obtain answers to questions asked or the inability to receive the newsletter.
  3. The User should not provide the Administrator with personal data of third parties. However, if he provides such data, he always declares that he has the appropriate consent of third parties to provide the Administrator with the data.

Article 3. Scope of personal data processing

  1. The Administrator processes the scope of data provided by the user in the content of the issue directed to the Administrator.
  2. Data provided by users is used only for: performance of the agreement concluded on the terms specified in the Service regulations, providing answers to questions asked, sending the newsletter, including commercial information about the Administrator and its products and services, and for statistical purposes.
  3. The Administrator uses IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is made).

Article 4. Control of personal data processing

  1. The User is obliged to provide full, current and true data.
  2. Each user whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  3. The exercise of the rights specified in the paragraph above may be implemented by sending an appropriate request to the address contakt@carswiss.eu together with the name and surname and e-mail address of the user.
  4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Article 5. Sharing of personal data

  1. User data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including competent judicial authorities. Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Administrator, i.e. marketing agencies, partners providing technical services (development and maintenance of IT systems and websites). Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

Article 6. Storage period and other information on data processing

  1. Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose for which they were sent or for the purposes of compliance with legal regulations.
  2. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner by the Administrator.
