Terms and Conditions

1. To participate in auctions, you must create an account on our portal and additionally, in order to bid, the account must be activated. To do this, please write an email to us that you have read the fees associated with the auction you won and a photo of the first page of your ID, after verification of personal data, your account will be activated by our employee.
2. The data during registration must be true, consistent with the identity document.
3. These are blind auctions. You submit your offer, how much you are able to offer for a given vehicle, if it is the highest then you are the winner.
4. Each offer is binding, so please place offers carefully!!!!
5. The transport amount depends on the destination of the car transport, it is individually determined and can be higher by a maximum of EURO 400, the transport amount in the Lviv circuit is EURO 1,100 (for a passenger car) and this is the lowest amount for transport. If the vehicle has a damaged suspension (broken wheel), additional costs for loading the vehicle may appear.
6. The amount placed on a given vehicle must be supplemented by transport costs , each amount placed at auctions is an amount in Swiss Franc currency and the amounts entered are gross amounts.
   1. Auctions from Rest insurance are calculated as follows: Amount placed on the vehicle in CHF + 10% commission (2,000 CHF * 1.1 = 2,200 CHF)
   2. If the amount placed on the car is less than 2,000 CHF then there is a fixed commission rate of 200 CHF
7. The calculator on the website provides the transport amount and the costs of bidding on the vehicle. The calculator’s operation will be explained below:
   1. Amount bid (gross) – this is the amount entered in the auction in Swiss franc currency.
   2. Transport – choose Car or Motorcycle (boats, agricultural/construction equipment, quads – transport amount determined individually)
8. After the auction ends, you will see in your auctions within 2 hours whether you have won the tender auction lights up green on your profile (Won), it means that your offer was the highest of all and at this point you wait a maximum of 30 days from the end of the auction for the offer to be accepted by the vehicle owner in a given country. Only the Allianz insurance company has a rule that it informs the winner within 30 days from the end of the auction about the win. The offer is automatically accepted by the owner.
9. After the offer is accepted by the owner, our employee will contact you to obtain the invoice data and the necessary documents for customs clearance at the border.
10. Please read the auction description carefully, as some items in the photos may not be part of the auctioned item and additionally the description may include additional equipment that is not in the photos.
11. If the car has any additional damage, we must receive the photos within 48 hours of delivery, after which complaints will not be accepted.
12. All removable car equipment options such as tools, shelves, radio, cabinets shown in the photos will not be delivered with the car.
13. We do not guarantee the delivery of a second key and service book, but we will make every effort to provide them.
14. We require a 1000chf deposit, which is refundable if you want to end your cooperation with our company. We will refund it within 7 working days
15. All vehicle auctions are automatically deleted after about 3-4 months.
